Mallory began working for the City in August 2008. She is the official record keeper of the city. The only charge for information is the actual cost of research and copying. Mallory can answer general code questions, prepares the agenda for the City Council meetings and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. For information on either meeting or to have an item put on the agenda, please contact Mallory at City Hall or cityclerk@westplains.net.

For birth certificates and other vital records, contact Howell County Health Department. Passports and marriage licenses may be obtained through Howell County Recorder of Deeds.
