IV.             Work Session

A.    Utility and City Budget Review.  Council reviewed summaries of the FY10 budgets for both City and Utility. Stuart Tapson made a presentation to the Council regarding closing the pool three days a week. B.     A salary freeze was recommended for all departments (City and Utility) and the Council approved GPS equipment for the Engineering budget at $6,500.00

The City and Utility budgets along with Tax Increment Financing (TIF) #1 (FY09), and for TIF#2, TIF #3, will be presented for approval on March 23, 2009.
